No Guarantee of Transactions
LA Homes VIP facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee any transaction will be completed. We are not a party to any real estate transaction conducted through our platform.
Due Diligence
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding any property or transaction. We recommend engaging qualified legal, financial, and real estate professionals for all transactions.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from LA Homes VIP, you agree to the following:

- Message frequency varies based on your activity
- Message and data rates may apply
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California.
